Who We Are
We primarily serve mid-market clients, although our deep
IT experience and expertise have also enabled us to successfully serve a number
of Fortune 500 companies.
Our leadership team has extensive backgrounds with complex IT-enabled
initiatives stemming from previous careers with a variety of blue chip global
consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte and EDS. The expertise gained from
these experiences has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of what it
takes to successfully design, develop and implement comprehensive IT initiatives
at some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world. To
successfully complete complex
IT-enabled transformation projects, we’ve come to understand that technology
expertise is critically important, but alone is not sufficient. It takes a
comprehensive approach that also addresses issues surrounding the business
challenge, business processes, data and organizational change.
For the mid-market clients that we serve, IT projects are generally smaller in
scale, but they are no less complex. In most cases, projects for mid-market
clients also require a comprehensive approach that addresses key issues that
include people, process, data and technology. Unfortunately, most local consulting firms or technology vendors that target mid-market clients
focus on providing expertise in a specific technology, but they typically lack
the expertise to address the project holistically.
