| The operating division of our client was spun off from their parent company and they needed to rapidly develop and replace all the necessary back office systems, business processes, personnel and IT infrastructure necessary to operate as an independent brand. For this situation, we identified and quickly launched a series of major IT projects. We also established a program management office (PMO) and steering committee to oversee the initiative. Over time, the client hired new personnel to run these back office systems and we adjusted the size and mix of our consulting teams accordingly. Overall, our client was able to successfully implement new payroll / HR, financial management, executive reporting and IT infrastructure capabilities in less than 1 year. | |

| The key business challenge was to provide management with improved reporting capabilities from which they could get information to enable more timely and effective decision-making. For this client, we designed, developed and implemented a comprehensive approach to business intelligence and executive reporting. Our tailored approach provided the client with ever expanding reporting capabilities every six to eight weeks in order to manage risk and accelerate the project’s ROI. |
