Our Vision
Our Vision is to be recognized by the marketplace as a leading provider of highly tailored, value-added consulting services and technical solutions in the markets we serve. We strive to differentiate our firm through the expertise, experience and hands-on approach of our leadership group and our client service teams. We believe that this differentiated approach, combined with a consistent focus on achieving value-added results, enables Avalion Consulting to accelerate the promise of IT.

Firm History
In late 2002, Avvantica, Inc. was initially launched with its headquarters in Dallas, Texas. During the first two years of operations, the company provided both consulting and HR outsourcing services.
In early 2005, the Board of Directors approved a restructuring to facilitate the company's growth and increasing focus on consulting and technology solutions. This restructuring resulted in the creation of Avvantica Consulting, LLC. In April 2007, Avvantica Consulting rebranded to become Avalion Consulting. Avalion Consulting's focus is to provide highly tailored, value-added consulting services and technology solutions that accelerate the promise of IT. Our leadership group averages between 15 - 25 years of consulting experience each, gained with a variety of the premier, blue chip consultancies like Accenture and Deloitte Consulting.
After years of consulting to Fortune 500 clients, our goal is to create a consulting practice in which we can develop a more personalized / involved consulting relationship with each of our clients based on the experience and expertise of our senior leadership group. Using this approach, we seek to primarily provide consulting services to mid-market clients. We also offer innovative technology solutions that are complementary to the consulting services we provide.
Collectively, we believe that our strategy of providing both consulting services and solutions, and delivering them with a distinctly hands-on approach, is generally not feasible within the larger consultancies. Avalion Consulting currently provides services and solutions in the following areas:
