ComplianceSet® facilitates the process of evaluating the impact of control deficiencies on financial
reporting by serving as the primary evidential support for SOX 404 assertions.
In managing the sub-certification process, ComplianceSet® enables management to more effectively manage SOX
compliance by validating process narratives and/or other key documentation for completeness and accuracy. ComplianceSet®
