Code of Ethics

All Avalion's employees are required to sign the Company's Code of Ethics Statement. This statement seeks to establish a core belief foundation in all our people to help us ensure that we always deliver unquestionable value to our clients:

  Serve my clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity
  Proactively avoid conflicts of interest which may provide a competitive advantage to one client through the use of confidential information from another client
  Be proactive in getting myself involved in engagements and with clients for which I am qualified by my experience, competence, and/or skills
  Proactively participate in the staffing of client engagements in accord with staff member experience, knowledge and capability
  Immediately acknowledge any influences on my objectivity to our clients and proactively offer to withdraw, or work to withdraw from an engagement and/or a client when my objectivity may be impaired
  Be proactive in the definition of fees and expenses to our clients that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver, the responsibilities we accept and the value we provide
  Be proactive in the disclosure to our clients of any fees or commissions that we may receive for equipment, supplies or services we recommend to our clients
  Respect the intellectual property rights of our clients and other firms, and not release proprietary information or methodologies without permission
  Be proactive in avoiding the advertisement of our services in a deceptive manner and not misrepresent the Company's capabilities
  Report violations to this Code of Ethics, that I am aware of, immediately
