  Unconventional Variety: Our staff delivers a range of services across the domains of IT Leadership, IT Projects and IT Delivery. You will cross-pollinate ideas between industries. You will not be committed to a single practice area for years you will regularly be asked to climb the next learning curve. Over time, you will learn to "think like an executive, not a specialist" as you deliver a breadth of services.
  Uninspiring Destinations: Avalion Consulting is focused first on Metroplex-based clients; we're proud of our low status in airline travel affinity programs. While we do travel on behalf of our clients, we are not pursuing and staffing multi-year projects on the other side of the country. Travel is glamorous until you've "Been there, done that." Then, its time to "get a life."
  Unrestricted Personal Growth: You'll have some restless nights. You will be given all the responsibility you can handle we want you to grow fast. You'll need to write down those good ideas that come to you in the shower.

What we are looking for

You will be considered for roles as Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager based on your demonstrated experience in the following categories:

  Consulting Experience: Significant track record of success in a consulting role in the areas of communications, client relationships, practice management and project management
  Career Progress: Growth of responsibilities, leadership, staff development, career advancement and business development
  Business Savvy: Demonstrated business understanding, analysis and proposal development in prior work experience and education
  IT Acumen: Proven technical skills in education, training and/or prior work experience
  Academic Preparation: Excellent academic performance in a relevant field of study
